Growing up in a small town with my three sisters, my dog, a cat, and a couple rabbits, I spent most of my time outside. Whether it be hunting and fishing with my dad, or going to the park with my dog. I loved it, wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Being outdoors most of my life made me appreciate our little town that much more. I would always see horses out in the pasture while in the car going somewhere and I remember always wishing that I could be that lucky to have one of my own. Honestly any farm animal that I saw, I completely fell in love with. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and my boyfriend. We may just be staying at home and watching movies with some popcorn or maybe we'll go out and play tennis at the courts at the Luverne High School. Whatever we're doing we always have a blast. My friends and I always find something fun to do. During the summer we always get a big group together and have bonfires down at the Rez and we play volleyball before the sun sets. Riding my horse is something I always look forward to doing because it teaches me a lot, it challenges me and once I succeed in something with him that's definitely the most rewarding thing I could ask for. I board my horse close to town where I live which gives me easy access to the fair grounds arena to work on things. There is a pond that I occasionally take my horse to, to cool down and have some fun. I currently work at a nursing home in Hills, MN and I love every minute I get to spend with some of the people there. Hearing their funny stories and making them laugh is a very rewarding thing. During the little time I get to spend with them I always cherish it.
